How does device binding work?
Your license binds automatically to the first device used to activate MogDive. Each key is intended for one device.
The client won't launch — what now?
Open the MogDive launcher, select a supported Minecraft version, and use one-click injection again. If the error persists, include the launcher message and Minecraft log in your ticket.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, including licenses and device-reset credits, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a payment was duplicated or you did not receive your purchase, contact support so we can investigate. Refer to our Terms of Service.
Was I banned because of MogDive Client?
MogDive is engineered for a low detection profile, but no client can eliminate every risk. Game accounts remain your responsibility. See the liability section in our Terms.
Is my data safe?
We only store your account username, email, and a hashed device fingerprint. Payments are handled securely via Stripe and crypto checkouts — we never see or process your credit card details. Read our Privacy Policy.
Which games are supported?
MogDive supports Minecraft Java 1.20.1 through 1.21.11 on Windows. Choose your version in the launcher and inject in one click.
