Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the MogDive Client loader, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to maintain an account.

02Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We recommend enabling 2FA on day one. If your account is compromised because you reused a password from a breached service, we will help you recover but cannot refund lost license time.

• One human, one account. Sharing accounts is grounds for termination.
• Use a real email. Throwaway addresses block password resets.
• Notify us through the support form if you suspect unauthorized access.

03License grant

When you activate a key, MogDive Client grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the loader on the hardware bound to your account for the duration of your subscription.

You may

• Use each license on the single device where it was first activated.
• Transfer your account to a new email by contacting support.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the loader or your key.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or analyze the client's security internals.
• Share your account with other people, even free of charge.
• Use the loader against games or platforms that MogDive Client does not officially support.

04Payments & device binding

All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, exchanges, or credits for licenses, renewals, device-reset credits, cryptocurrency payments, or other digital purchases. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Before purchasing, confirm that your system is compatible and that you selected the intended product. Digital access and purchased credits may be delivered immediately after payment confirmation.

Device binding: every plan is licensed to the first device where it is activated.

Chargebacks without first contacting support will result in immediate, permanent account termination.

05Acceptable use

The following activities will get your account terminated without refund:

1. Selling or distributing your key, account, or any extracted loader binaries.
2. Stream-sniping support staff or harassing other users in our Discord.
3. Attempting to bypass the licensing system or device binding.
4. Using the service to commit fraud, identity theft, or other crimes.
5. Posting screenshots that publicly identify our injection technique, loader internals, or staff.

06Disclaimer of warranty

MogDive Client is provided "as is". We engineer MogDive for a low detection profile, but external systems change without notice and detection windows can occur. We do not guarantee:

• That your account in any third-party game will not be banned.
• That every feature will work in every match, on every map, every time.
• Uninterrupted service during emergency maintenance.

Game bans are not eligible for refunds or compensation under any circumstances.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MogDive Client's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of game progress, in-game items, ranked rating, or third-party account standing.

08Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email and a banner on the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
